This document is dedicated to parents and teachers. This teaching aid was developed in an attempt to increase the skills children can learn from the story, Poppy Can You Count The Waves? The activities we present will help the parent and teacher expand the child's comprehension, knowledge, recall, developing imaginative skills, also following oral and written directions.

We realize each of you play an important role in helping the child become all the he/she can be. i.e. a better learner. We want this information to challenge your child in ways that will be new and fun. It will also challenge and guide parents to take a more active role in their child's daily studies.
